(One)Background Introduction
When the whole world is faced with the negative impacts of water resource shortage and climate change, the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality are both clear and arduous.
Secondary water supply is an important part of urban and town water supply. Since 2015, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Public Security, and the National Health and Family Planning Commission have jointly issued notices and successively introduced relevant documents, encouraging the development of the secondary water supply field towards specialization to ensure the water quality safety of the "last mile".
The basis for achieving sustainable development in water resources management and further improving the quality of water supply requires technological innovation, including digital solutions, low-carbon technologies, energy conservation, and other aspects.
(Two)The Current Situation of Secondary Water Supply for High-rise Buildings
The pressure of traditional municipal water supply generally can only reach up to the 7th floor. For the water supply of higher floors, secondary water supply equipment needs to be installed. And according to the actual situation, various water supply forms such as variable frequency constant pressure water supply equipment, tank-type non-negative pressure variable frequency water supply equipment, box-type non-negative pressure variable frequency water supply equipment, and midway transfer water supply are selected for pressurization to meet the water demand of users.
The safety, stability, reliability of intelligent control, energy conservation and consumption reduction, as well as noise and vibration control of the water supply system are the most basic requirements for secondary water supply. Therefore, the requirements for the operation and use of high-rise secondary water supply projects are even higher.
(Three)Intelligent, efficient, low-carbon and energy-saving digital solutions
In order to provide a better water usage experience, Flangco's intelligent, efficient, low-carbon and energy-saving digital solutions all adopt rare earth permanent magnet synchronous motors, whose energy efficiency level meets the EU IE5 energy efficiency standard for permanent magnet motors. This brings a better solution for energy conservation and consumption reduction of the secondary water supply system.
In addition, during the design of the secondary water supply system, Flangco adopts the design of BIM (Building Information Modelling). By rationally arranging the construction pipe sections of the pump house, potential problems in construction and installation can be eliminated from the design stage. It truly realizes the replacement of on-site pipeline welding with prefabricated pipelines in the factory, ensuring the quality of the prefabricated pipelines and the welding quality. This greatly improves the design level of the pump house, reduces the construction difficulty, and shortens the construction period.
Flangco's intelligent, efficient, low-carbon and energy-saving digital solutions enable the intelligent management of water supply equipment data in the secondary water supply system through mobile phones and Internet of Things (IoT) technology. Not only can the operation data be uploaded to the cloud platform, but also the maintenance and operation status of the equipment can be sent to the cloud platform. It allows for 24-hour remote monitoring and intelligent management.
